PHGamers Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Players

1. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the PHGamers platform, you must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This requirement applies to all players regardless of location within the Philippines. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you have provided is accurate and truthful.

PHGamers is available to individual players who are physically located within a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted for personal use. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with applicable local laws in your area. PHGamers does not provide legal advice and you should seek independent guidance if you are uncertain about your obligations.

• You must be 21 years of age or older to register.
• Registration is for personal use only — commercial or syndicate betting arrangements are not permitted through individual accounts.
• Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed.
• You must provide a valid Philippine mobile number and email address during registration.
• Providing false information during registration may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

2. Account Responsibility

Your PHGamers account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all bets placed and all transactions initiated. PHGamers cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access was enabled by your failure to protect your credentials.

You must not share your login details, password, or OTP codes with any other person. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should contact PHGamers support immediately through your account dashboard and take steps to change your password.

PHGamers reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal access.

3. Deposits and Payments

All deposits to PHGamers are made in Philippine Peso (PHP) through supported local payment channels, which include Philippine online/mobile banking (bank transfer) and approved local e-wallets. The specific channels available to you will be shown on the Deposit page within your account.

Deposits made through third-party payment channels must originate from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. PHGamers does not accept deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals. Any deposit identified as coming from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated funds held pending investigation.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction.
• PHGamers does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the payment provider.
• If a deposit does not reflect within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4. Withdrawals and KYC

Withdrawals from your PHGamers account are processed in PHP to a bank account or approved e-wallet registered in your name. Before your first withdrawal can be approved, you must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process by submitting a valid government-issued ID and any additional documents requested by the verification team.

PHGamers processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes indicated on the platform. Actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or e-wallet provider's processing times, which are outside PHGamers' control. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or held if there are outstanding verification requirements, active bonus wagering conditions, or if the account is under review.

• Withdrawals must be made to an account in your own name.

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules

For casino games, the outcome of each round is determined by the game's certified random number generator or by live dealer procedures, as applicable.

• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any system designed to exploit the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Players who are found to be colluding or sharing game information to gain an unfair advantage will have their accounts suspended.
• PHGamers reserves the right to apply betting limits to any account at its discretion.

6. Promotions and Bonuses

PHGamers may offer promotions, bonuses, cashback, or other incentives to players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these conditions before participating.

PHGamers does not guarantee any specific bonus amounts, percentages, wagering multipliers, or time limits here, as these vary per promotion and may change. Where no specific promotion terms are actively communicated, general bonus activity is governed by these Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Attempting to abuse bonus structures — including through multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

In cases where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, PHGamers reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where no violation is found, any remaining eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal through standard channels.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support through their account dashboard. Outstanding verification requirements must be met before any remaining balance can be withdrawn following voluntary closure.

9. Limitation of Liability

PHGamers provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and securely, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network conditions, and factors outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

PHGamers is not liable for losses arising from: platform downtime not caused by our negligence, your failure to keep account credentials secure, incorrect information provided during registration or KYC, or decisions made based on information displayed due to a technical error that has since been corrected.

• PHGamers is not responsible for losses caused by your internet connection or device.
• Bets placed just before a technical outage may be subject to review.
• In cases of clear technical errors in odds or game outcomes, PHGamers reserves the right to void affected bets and restore balances to pre-bet levels.
